Monday Fire In Phoenixville Leaves Two Families Homeless: Report
An apartment building was evacuated in Phoenixville on Monday afternoon as flames tore through the structure.

PHOENIXVILLE, PA -- Two families were left homeless after an apartment fire on Monday, according to a report.
The blaze began at about 2:15 p.m. at the Morgan Street Apartments, the report states.
The two-alarm blaze raged for half an hour before it was brought under control, according to the report.

Fire crews remained on scene for several hours, the Pottstown Mercury reported.
About 12 families evacuated the building during the blaze.

The Red Cross is reportedly helping those affected by the blaze.
No injuries were reported.
