New Pet Valu Opens In Phoenixville Area

PHOENIXVILLE, PA — A new Pet Valu will hold its grand opening in the Phoenixville area this Saturday. The store is located in the Westside Shopping Center on 420 Schuylkill Road.

The event will take place from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Here's what organizers have to say about the occasion:

"Saturday’s grand opening invites the Phoenixville community to come check out the signature pet products and services Pet Valu is known for, such as its self-serve dog-wash stations (see picture above/attached featuring Phoenixville’s Colonial Theatre for the dog wash mural) where customers are provided all the amenities – without having to clean up. All dog washes will be FREE on Saturday too! Also popular are its lines of adorable toys, gourmet treats, fashionable accessories, cozy furnishings and everyday pet supplies."

A few of Phoenixville’s rescue organizations — including Phoenix Animal Rescue, Tails of the Free Rescue and To Love a Canine Rescue — will be at the store on Saturday to facilitate adoptions, the company said.

Goody bags will also be provided for the first 50 customers.

A clown, treats, coupons, and more highlight the event.
