The New Polling Places In Phoenixville For 2020 Primary Election

Chester County has changed some of its polling places. If you don't cast a mail-in ballot, here's where to vote in Phoenixville.

PHOENIXVILLE, PA — Chester County has changed a significant number of its polling places as officials work to continue to contain the coronavirus outbreak in the local area.

Officials have published an updated list of the new polling locations that were approved recently by Chester County Voter Services.

About 80 percent of polling locations remain unchanged, but several in Phoenixville have shifted.

"Voter Services worked hard to maximize the number of polling locations to provide a familiar voting experience to as many voters as possible, all while ensuring proper staffing at each location," he added.

In the Phoenixville area, here are the 2020 polling locations, and the precincts that will now vote at that location:

St. Mary's Parish Center (new)

  • Precinct N-1, N-2

Vote here if you previously voted at the Santa Anna Italian-American Club or St. Mary's.

Franklin Commons

  • Precinct N-3, W-1

Vote here if you previously voted at Episcopal House or Franklin Commons.

Civic Center (new)

  • Precinct M-1, M-2, E-1

Vote here if you previously voted at Phoenixville Senior Center, Phoenixville Public Library, or Civic Center.

Barkley Elementary

  • Precinct M-3
