New Westside Apartments To Open In East Pikeland In Spring 2017
A new apartment complex is set to open next spring just outside Phoenixville.
A new apartment complex is set to open on Rapps Dam Road in East Pikeland next spring, just two miles from downtown Phoenixville.
The Westside Apartments will be located on 1107 Rapps Dam Road, just off Route 23.
The complex will feature studios, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartment homes. Amenities of the complex will include an outdoor pool, fitness center, sundeck with patio furniture, outdoor fire pits, stainless steel grilling, community center with free WiFi, a gaming room, and on-site parking.

One feature of the fitness center is ScullyFit virtual active, which Westide says allows residents to "virtually" workout anywhere in the world.
The complex is cat and dog friendly.

The apartments will be located in a shopping complex with a Dunkin Donuts Wayback Burgers, Pet Valu, Phoenix Cleaners and Tre Nail Bar.
