Night Belongs to GOP in Phoenixville
Other than Gov. Tom Corbett, every Republican on the ballot in Phoenixville won.
With nearly 95 percent of Chester County precincts reporting, the night belonged to the Republicans -- at least here in Phoenixville.
In the race for the 6th Congressional District seat being vacated by Rep. Jim Gerlach, Republican Ryan A. Costello beat Democrat Manan Trivedi, 54.77 to 45.23 percent.
In the 44th Senatorial District, Republican Rep. John C. Rafferty beat Democrat Kathi Cozzone, 60.80 to 39.20 percent

In Phoenixville’s Legislative District races, Rep. Warren Kampf (R-157th) beat Democrat Marian D. Moskowitz, 53.71 to 46.29 percent. Rep. Duane Milne (R-167th) beat Democrat Anne R. Crowley, 61.21 to 38.79 percent.
