'Night At The Races' Coming To Phoenixville

PHOENIXVILLE, PA -- A "night at the races" fundraiser for the Phoenixville Fire Department will feature casino games, horse racing, beef and beverages, and more.

The event will take place at Phoenix Hose, Hook, and Ladder Company on 177 Church Street on March 19 at 6 p.m.

Participants may sponsor a horse for $10 and have the chance to name their horse. Your name and the name of your horse will be assigned to a race slot and appear in the program book. You can $50 if your sponsored horse wins.

Tickets are $12 in advance or $15 at the door.

The cutoff date for advance tickets and sponsoring a horse is March 11th.

The night will feature:

- Beef & Beer (Yuengling Lager & Coors Light), Soda

- Food catered by Foresta's Market
- Baked Goods Table
- Basket of Cheer and other Raffles and small games of chance
- DJ Music
- BYOB
