PACS T-Shirt Design Contest
PACS announces a t-shirt design contest open to area high school students as listed in contest rules.

High school students in the greater Phoenixville area are invited to submit a t-shirt design showcasing PACS new logo and raise awareness of food insecurity in our community. This is the second year Phoenixville Area Community Services (PACS) is sponsoring a t-shirt design contest. T-shirts bearing the winning design will be on sale at this year’s Empty Bowls Event on November 1st at Technical College High School-Pickering Campus, on Charlestown Road, Phoenixville. Contest rules and entry form are available on http://www.pacsphx.org/events/... The winner will be announced on or around Tuesday, October 8th.
“We were so excited to see the local talent of high school students last year. All the designs were wonderful.” says Mary McGown, Interim Executive Director of PACS. “Our hope is that this t-shirt design contest will continue to give area students a way to connect with and support our neighbors who deal with hunger and food insecurity.”
Phoenixville Area Community Services (PACS) aspires to be the lead resource for food insecurity in the community. Since 1972, PACS has offered support and hope for local residents. As part of its mission, PACS supplies an average of 300 people each month with an emergency food supply that covers three meals for a 3- to 5-day period. In addition, fresh produce, breads and extra nonperishables are available to supplement the monthly supply of groceries. Learn how you can help at www.pacsphx.org.
