PAHS Students sponsor Forum on School Safety

The Phoenixville Activist Club at PAHS is sponsoring a forum on school safety featuring local and state elected officials

After the February 14th school shooting in Parkland, Florida, students at Phoenixville High School, like many students across the country, started saying "#NeverAgain". A group of students took on leadership roles and have actively worked to engage other students, the community, and our elected officials in taking a hard look at what can be done to protect all students.

On Wednesday, April 18th, the students have organized a Forum on School Safety to be held at the Middle School Auditorium at 7 pm. This event will feature a number of candidates for local and state elected positions in a structured question/answer format with students.

The Phoenixville community is invited to attend to learn more about this important topic, what is currently being done, and proposals on how to end the violence against our kids. There is no charge for admission.
