PAL Youth Golf Clinic Planned

Phoenixville Police Athletic League and Pickering Valley Golf Course Host Youth Golf Clinic

The Phoenixville Area Police Athletic League (PAL) is partnering with Pickering Valley Golf Course to introduce local youth to golf by offering a 4-week golf clinic on September 8, 15, 22 and 29 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at Pickering Valley Golf Course.

The program teaches basic golf techniques, rules and etiquette, and is open to all children 7 to 13 years old. Participants will also learn key life skills and core values to help them succeed on and off the course. A $50 sign-up fee includes ALL four golf lessons conducted by golf professionals, Bobby Bohrer and Joy Thompson, golf clubs and a snack at the end of each lesson.

PAL sports are open to all local youth and focus on introducing young athletes to programs that teach valuable life skills and values such as honesty, respect, perseverance and confidence in conjunction with core athletic skills. To register for the PAL Golf Clinic, contact Jim Deoria at 610-917-3735 or email Paljimed@yahoo.com.
