Pennsylvania Lottery Filmed In Downtown Phoenixville (WATCH)

The Pennsylvania Lottery made a stop in the Steel City on Thursday afternoon, but it wasn’t to deliver a winning lottery ticket.

They were filming a commercial in downtown Phoenixville in front of Heidi Sue’s Variety store.

Film crews briefly took over Bridge Street and parts of Gay Street as several vans prepared to film the scene.

In multiple takes, a man was filmed running out of Heidi Sue’s, waving an apparently winning ticket in his hand and taking off away from the cameras down the street.
