Pentecostal Celebration and Chili Fest - A Spirited Success

First Presbyterian Church of Phoenixville happily hosted a Spirit-filled Pentecostal Celebration and Chili Fest on Sunday, June 4th, 2017.

Baptisms and reaffirmations of faith were a big part of Pentecost Sunday celebrated at First Presbyterian Church of Phoenixville (FPC) on Sunday, June 4th, 2017. It was a "red-out"event. Many congregants wore red to signify the joy and fire of the Holy Spirit. Church-goers witnessed 3 baptisms and listened to the reaffirmation of faith of 14 new members. Worship was enhanced by the beautiful sounds of FPC's choir and Praise Team. Afterwards, attendees enjoyed several varieties of homemade chili at the annual Chili Fest held in Fellowship Hall. Faith, food, fun, and fellowship made the day extra special for all those in attendance.
