Phoenix Village Art Center Shuts Down
BREAKING: The Phoenix Village Art Center in downtown Phoenixville has shut its doors.

PHOENIXVILLE, PA -- The Phoenix Village Art Center in downtown Phoenixville has shut its doors.
The Center, located on 207 Bridge Street, made the announcement on Monday afternoon.
"It is with great sadness we inform you that, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to find a way forward to continue operations. We regret that, effective immediately, the Phoenix Village Art Center will close," the organization said in a statement. "We would like to thank our artists, patrons, students and the community for all their help and support over the years."

The Art Center, founded in 2003, has been a popular hub for public art-oriented events, including lessons in ceramics, painting, and photography.
The Center also held a summer camp, classes for children, and monthly exhibits of locally produced art.
