1. Consider a Temporary Community Event Application from the Kiwanis for their Annual Holiday Parade and Tree Lighting Ceremony on Friday, December 4, 2015. Parade would be from 7:00 to 8:00 pm with Bridge Street being closed from Hall Street to Starr Street. Due to work being done in Renaissance Park, the Tree Lighting will take place in the open area near the intersection of Bridge Street and Starr Street.

2. Consider a Temporary Community Event from the Get Well Gabby Foundation for a Carnival for the Cure and 5K Run on September 22-25, 2016 in Reeves Park. Hours of the Event are 5:00 to 10:00 pm. Third Avenue would be closed during the event from Main Street to Starr Street. Second Avenue would be closed on Sunday, September 25 from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon.
