Construction crews will remove an old bridge on the Schuylkill River Trail in Phoenixville early next week.
PHOENIXVILLE, PA — Construction crews will remove an old bridge on the Schuylkill River Trail in Phoenixville early next week.
The work on the Paradise Street bridge will take place on Monday, April 6 and Tuesday, April 7.
The work will not impact motorists, only bikers, runners, and walkers on the Schuylkill River Trail.

The bridge is located after the bend in the river, before the trail arrives at the Mowere trailhead.
Foot traffic will be controlled by flaggers at the work site. Trail users may occasionally be stopped while the crane is in operation, the borough said.
