Phoenixville Fall Health Inspections: Iron Hill, Subway, Liberty

PHOENIXVILLE, PA — The latest reports are in: the Chester County Department of Health has inspected 16 restaurants and eateries around Phoenixville, roughly over the past two months. That includes the time period from Oct. 1 through Nov. 26.

Iron Hill led the way with 12 violations, including ceiling tile removed, open employee beverages, improper use of hair restraints by employees, wet wiping clothes not stored in sanitizing solution, dish washer not properly sanitized, and more.
