Phoenixville Family Saves Dog's Life On Route 113

Well done.

One local family did their “good deed for the day” on Sunday.

Bob Domarasky and his wife, of Pottstown, were driving down 113 from Exton into Phoenixville when they ran into a line of traffic stopped on both sides of the road.

A large bulldog was standing in the middle of the road, appearing aimless.

There were no tags on the dog, the family said.

Several motorists got out of their cars to prevent the dog from getting hit.

The dog ran right to the Domarasky’s families arms. They promptly took it to the East Pikeland Police Department, where officers told the family they were “very familiar” with the dog because it frequently got loose.

“We left with a good feeling that we saved this dogs life today from getting hit on 113,” they said.

Well done, Domarasky family.
