'Phoenixville Goes Gold' 5k Run And Walk Set For September
The 5k run and walk will support children fighting cancer.

The Phoenixville Goes Gold 5k Run and Walk will be held on September 27 at 10 am in Reeves Park on 2nd Ave and Main Street.
The event supports children fighting cancer.
Reeves Park in Phoenixville will serve as the kick off point to the race as well as for post-race refreshments.

Pre-registered runners/walkers will receive a unisex t-shirt and a goodie bag with items from our sponsors.
The weekend will also feature the 3rd Annual Carnival for a Cure, which includes carnival rides, games, food, vendors, raffles, and live music. All proceeds go towards raising funds for childhood cancer.

Awards and prizes will be given to: Top male/female; Top male/female in 10 year age groups from 9 & under through 70 & over; Best dressed GO GOLD Team; Largest team award - Team with the largest registered participants (Pre-registration only); Fundraising award- Team/Participant that raises the most money (Pre-registration only).
Packet pick-up and late registration will be held from 5 to 7 pm on 9/26 by the bandstand at Reeves Park.
The entry is $25 before 9/18 and $35 after 9/18.
