Phoenixville Health Inspection Reports: Sips, Acme, Little Caesar's, Nudy's

Phoenixville, PA -- The Chester County Department of Health has inspected 12 Phoenixville area establishments in June. Here’s what they found.

Sips Bistro and Bar led the way in June with a total of eight violations. Violations included:

• Refrigeration units out of required temperature range
• Foods not stored at least 6 inches off the floor
• Food thermometers need cleaning
• Deli slicer and ice machine need cleaning
• Cook line, walls, floor, soda rack, and refrigerator need cleaning
• Dumpster drain hole needs plug
• Lights in kitchen need shielding
• Burnt out lights need to be replaced
