Phoenixville Health Inspections: 16 Violators Over Past Month

PHOENIXVILLE, PA — The Chester County Health Department inspected numerous Phoenixville area establishments over the past month.

A total of 16 of those inspections came up with violations.

• Morrison Management at Phoenixville Hospital, inspected March 16, 12 violations
• Latino Mini Market, inspected March 14, five violations
• Walgreen's Phoenixville, inspected March 13, two violations
• Foodery, inspected March 9, five violations
• Primo, inspected March 9, 3 violations
• Dairy Queen, inspected March 2, two violations
• Holy Ghost Church, inspected March 2, five violations
• Saint Anna Italian American Club, inspected Feb. 26, two violations
• Los Mariachi's, inspected Feb. 23, five violations
• Whitson's at Phoenixville Area High School, inspected Feb. 25, five violations
• Hog Island, inspected Feb. 22, three violations
• Frank's Italian Delite, inspected Feb. 21, two violations
• Sodexo at Valley Forge Conference Center, inspected Feb. 21, three violations
• Polish American Citizens Club, inspected Feb. 16, one violation
