Phoenixville To Hold 'Mobile' Fourth Of July Celebration
Although the fireworks celebration is canceled, a billboard truck traveling around Phoenixville will do its best to recreate the holiday.
PHOENIXVILLE, PA — Although the Fourth of July fireworks celebration in Phoenixville is canceled this year due to coronavirus, local organizers are getting creative in ways to still celebrate the holiday.
A billboard truck will travel around Phoenixville on Saturday with a large screen on its side showing fireworks and other festive images, Phoenixville First, the organizers of First Fridays, said.

The truck will roam the streets of the borough throughout the entire day.
Bridge Street will remain closed this weekend, from Thursday through Sunday, with restaurants, bars, and other businesses allowed to remain open on the streets until 10 p.m.
