PHOENIXVILLE, PA -- Schuylkill River Towns will be holding a "Prohibition Party" at a location in Phoenixville that will remain undisclosed until the last minute.
Participants are encouraged to don jazz age attire and bring their picnic baskets to the unique event.
When participants register, they will only learn the location and time of the party on the night of.
