Phoenixville HS Graduate, 19, Passes Away
"She was truly a caring and gentle soul who loved taking care of others."

PHOENIXVILLE, PA -- Teresa Ann Manion-Lutz, age 19, of Frackville, PA, formerly Phoenixville, PA, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, September 17, 2016 in Reading Hospital. Born on April 16, 1997 in Coatesville, PA, she was a daughter of Albert H. Lutz IV of Phoenixville, PA and Tina M. Manion of Exton, PA.
Teresa attended Downingtown schools, and graduated from the Phoenixville High School and Technical College High School - Pickering. She aspired to be a Nurse Practitioner, previously working for Gateway Pharmacy, Chestnut Knoll at Home, Dr. Funk, D.D.S. in Royersford, PA, and NHS in Pottsville, PA. Overcoming a lot of mental and physical challenges, she was truly a caring and gentle soul who loved taking care of others. An animal lover, she leaves behind three beloved pets, Rascal and Allie the cats, and Bruno her puppy.

Teresa is survived by one sister, Alissa Manion of Phoenixville, PA and two brothers, Mackey Lutz of Pittsburgh, PA, and Tyler Lutz of Chicago, IL; maternal grandparents, John and Nancy Manion of The Villages, FL; paternal grandfather, Albert H. Lutz, III; many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins; and good friend, Cody Morgans. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Mary Taylor.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her memorial service at the Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc, 610 South Main Street, Phoenixville, PA 19460 on Friday, September 23, 2016 at 10:00 am. Burial will follow in the St. Ann Cemetery, Phoenixville. Friends will be received from 9:00 am - 10:00 am Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Francisvale Home for Smaller Animals, 328 Upper Gulph Road, Radnor, PA 19087.
