PHOENIXVILLE, PA — A month has gone by, and Chester County officials have inspected another round of food establishments in the Phoenixville area.
A total of 15 establishments were inspected; the 12 listed below had at least one violation. All of the inspections below were completed during the month of July.
- CVS, inspected July 27, two violations
- Grid Iron Sports Bar, inspected July 17, two violations
- Bistro on Bridge, inspected July 14, one violation
- Bob's Haven Deli, inspected July 14, one violation
- Valley Forge Trattoria Lounge, inspected July 14, three violations
- Downtown Bangkok Cafe, inspected July 13, three violations
- Root Down Brewing, inspected July 13, two violations
- Atria Woodbridge Place, inspected July 11, nine violations
- Chikara Sushi, inspected July 10, one violation
- Rita's Water Ice, inspected July 10, three violations
- Bridgeside Deli and Grille, inspected July 6, two violations
- PJ Ryan's Pub, inspected July 5, nine violations
PJ Ryan's Pub led the way with nine violations. Among their discrepancies: improper storage of chemical spray bottle, soda syrup boxes stored on floor of basement, chlorine chemical sanitizer detected in dishwasher, soda gun holders not cleaned, mop stored outside basement back door, mold on wall behind dishwasher, and more.
