A graduate of Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Csaszar told his alma mater that he studied drivers and teams extensively, and even watched racing movies like “Shake and Bake” and “Rubbing is Racing."

"I downloaded every Wheel-related game on my phone, my TV, even the PlayStation, and played constantly," Csaszar said. "I went head-to-head with my three kids, my wife, and the computer."

He said he also watched as many old episodes of Wheel of Fortune as possible in order to memorize puzzles, since some of them are reused.

The winner Tuesday night, Cyndi Temper Carrick, earned $63,800 and a free trip to Curaçao Marriott Beach Resort. The top three highest earners from throughout the week will advance to the final competition on Friday, which will feature Nascar drivers. While it's unlikely that Csaszar will advance, he still remains in the running, pending the results of the next few nights.
