PHOENIXVILLE, PA — A Phoenixville man is wanted on charges of endangering the welfare of children and forgery, the Montgomery County Sheriff's Department has announced.
Steven Jacob Haldeman, 23, has a last known address on the 100 block of High Street in Phoenixville.
He is classified as a "Most Wanted Criminal Fugitive" by the Sheriff's Department.
