Phoenixville Police Blotters: Urination On Save More, Beers on the Trail, Theft By Deception

The Phoenixville Police Department has released a list of recent activity, stretching from May 7 through June 10.

The activity includes multiple incidents of alcohol being consumed or sold on the Schuylkill River Trail, and several public urination violations on businesses around Phoenixville. 

On 05/07/15 at 8:26pm, a 39 year old male from Phoenixville was cited for harassment after a disturbance in the 200 block of Church Street.

On 05/11/15 at 8:14am, a 22 year old male from Phoenixville was cited for harassment after a disturbance in the 500 block of West High Street.

On 05/12/15 at 5:43pm, a 33 year old male from Philadelphia was cited for having an open container of alcohol on the Schuylkill River Trail.

On 05/12/15 at 11:59pm, a 19 year old male from Phoenixville was cited for underage drinking at North Street and Penn Street.

On 05/13/15 at 7:15pm, an 18 year old female from Schuylkill Township was arrested for theft by deception at Reeves Park during the Dogwood Festival.

On 05/15/15 at 11:30pm, a 20 year old female from Berwyn was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 100 block of Bridge Street.

On 05/17/15 at 12:55am, a 56 year old from East Vincent Township was arrested for public drunkenness in the 400 block of Nutt Road.

On 05/19/15 at 11:18am, a 35 year old female from Spring City was arrested for retail theft at the Gateway Pharmacy located at 165 Nutt Road.

On 05/20/15 at 1:10pm, a 27 year old male from Schuylkill Township was arrested for passing a fraudulent prescription at the Rite Aid located at 200 Kimberton Road. The male was sent to Chester County Prison.

On 05/21/15 at 4:41pm, a 32 year old male from Schuylkill Township was arrested on an active criminal warrant held by the Phoenixville Police Department and a Chester County bench warrant in the 300 block of Bridge Street. The male was sent to Chester County Prison.

On 05/22/15 at 1:43am, a 21 year old male from Collegeville was cited for urinating on the front door of Save More located at 218 Bridge Street.

On 05/23/15 at 1:32am, a 21 year old male from Phoenixville was arrested for public drunkenness in front of P J Ryans Pub located at 233 Bridge Street.

On 05/29/15 at 11:15pm, a 31 year old male from North Coventry Township was arrested for public drunkenness in the lobby of Phoenixville Borough Hall. The male was placed in a holding cell for the night.

On 05/29/15 at 9:16pm, a 53 year old male from Phoenixville was arrested on an active drug warrant held by the Phoenixville Police Department on Anderson Avenue. The male was sent to Chester County Prison.

On 05/31/15 at 1:29am, a 28 year old male from Pottstown was cited for urinating in the parking lot of Philly Soft Pretzel Factory located at 238 Bridge Street.

On 05/31/15 at 3:52am, a 26 year old male from Pottstown was arrested on an active Chester County bench warrant, providing false identification to police and possession of a controlled substance in the 100 block of Persimmon Lane. The male was sent to Chester County Prison.

On 06/03/15 at 10:52pm, an 18 year old male from Phoenixville was cited for public drunkenness at Main Street and Church Street.

On 06/06/15 at 9:53pm, a 53 year old male from Philadelphia was arrested for DUI in the 100 block of Church Street.

On 06/07/15 at 11:43pm, a 19 year old male from Bensalem was arrested for DUI at Nutt Road and Bridge Street.

On 06/08/15 at 5:24pm, a 45 year old male from Phoenixville was cited for having an open container of alcohol on the Schuylkill River Trail.

On 06/08/15 at 5:39pm, a 33 year old male from Philadelphia was cited for having an open container of alcohol on the Schuylkill River Trail.

On 06/08/15 at 5:55pm, a 21 year old male from Reading was arrested for providing alcohol to a juvenile along the Schuylkill River Trail. The male was sent to Chester County Prison.

On 06/09/15 at 10:16am, a 39 year old male from Phoenixville was arrested for terroristic threats in the 200 block of Church Street. The male was sent to Chester County Prison.

On 06/10/15 at 9:05pm, a 60 year old male from Phoenixville was arrested for simple assault in the unit block of Bridge Street. The male was released on bail.
