Phoenixville Police Raise Funds For Drone
The borough is looking to get some advanced technology.
The Phoenixville Police Department drew a step closer to acquiring their own drone on Monday as they announced a donation to their equipment fund.
Century 21-Valley Forge and Brian Slater made the donation to aid the department.
“This drone would aid in serious accident documentation, video capabilities for outdoor crime scenes, search and rescue missions and incidents involving the protection of life within the borough,” the department said on their Facebook page Monday.
