PHOENIXVILLE, PA -- One local woman is offering a free haircut to a Phoenixville resident that can prove they helped their neighbors in the blizzard.
For any resident who has helped their fellow townsfolk shovel out their driveways or cars after the blizzard will receive a free haircut courtesy of Panache Salon & Day Spa & Gents Grooming Room.

Owner Beverley Blakeman posted the following note to her Facebook page:
Seek out the neediest, especially the elderly. Show me a real date stamped before, during, and after photo, and include the person you helped. With a Phoenixville address. If you can do that, your haircut is on me. This week only. Until Saturday 1/30/16. I’ve seen so many posts of people who truly need help. I can’t shovel that much snow myself, so it’s my small way of giving back to our wonderful town. I wish I could do more. So if you are willing and able, help your neighbors in need. When the job is done, stop in at Panache, show us the photos, and your haircut is on us. With gratitude for being nice, neighborly people.
