I am a licensed clinician and EMDR-certified therapist with over 10 years of clinical experience, providing both in-person and virtual sessions to clients across Pennsylvania. My office is located in Paoli, PA. My work is grounded in whole-body, trauma-informed care that honors the connection between mind, body, and emotional experience. I integrate EMDR and other evidence-based approaches to support meaningful, lasting change—not just symptom relief. Emotional safety, support, and non-judgment are central to my practice, and I strive to create a space where clients feel understood, respected, and at ease. I view therapy as a collaborative process. While I bring clinical training and structure, I believe clients hold deep insight into what they need and value. Together, we work to explore patterns, build emotional regulation skills, and move toward greater clarity, resilience, and growth—always at a pace that feels safe and manageable. Formed in 2024, the quartet features four accomplished low‑brass musicians from the Chester County area: Scott Cullen, Ron Evans, Jim Olson, and Will Shafer. Together, they showcase the expressive versatility of the trombone through a program that spans classical transcriptions, sacred works, jazz influences, contemporary selections, and crowd‑pleasing favorites. Selections include Classical Works by Haydn, Beethoven Victoria; show tunes and jazz by Carmichael and Cohan; and contemporary compositions by David Holsinger.
Tickets are not required but a freewill offering, with a suggested donation of $10, will be received.
