Solace Counseling offers compassionate, evidence-based therapy for adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, and life’s challenges. I am a licensed clinician and EMDR-certified therapist with over 10 years of clinical experience, providing both in-person and virtual sessions to clients across Pennsylvania. My office is located in Paoli, PA. My work is grounded in whole-body, trauma-informed care that honors the connection between mind, body, and emotional experience. I integrate EMDR and other evidence-based approaches to support meaningful, lasting change—not just symptom relief. Emotional safety, support, and non-judgment are central to my practice, and I strive to create a space where clients feel understood, respected, and at ease. I view therapy as a collaborative process. While I bring clinical training and structure, I believe clients hold deep insight into what they need and value. Together, we work to explore patterns, build emotional regulation skills, and move toward greater clarity, resilience, and growth—always at a pace that feels safe and manageable. Whether you are seeking relief from anxiety, healing from past experiences, or support through a difficult transition, therapy can be a space to reconnect with yourself and move forward with confidence.
