Phoenixville September Health Inspections: Liki Hibachi, Molly McGuire's, High School

16 Phoenixville establishments were inspected by the Chester County Health Department over the past month. See what they found.

PHOENIXVILLE, PA — September is through, and the Chester County Health Department has inspected a number of establishments throughout Phoenixville over the past month.

There were a total of 16 inspections, which resulted in seven restaurants being cited with violations.

Liki Japanese Hibachi Sushi led the way with eight violations. Their infractions included improper pH testing, hazardous ready-to-eat food held for more than 48 hours without dating, improper sanitizing methods, and improper storage of raw fish, among others.

  • Liki Japanese Hibachi Sushi, inspected 9/27, eight violations
  • Molly Maguire's, inspected 9/27, four violations
  • Molly's Shebeen Catering Trailer, inspected 9/27, one violation
  • Artisan's Gallery and Cafe, inspected 9/25, three violations
  • First Presbyterian Church of Phoenixville, inspected 9/22, one violation
  • Whitson's @ Phoenixville Area High School, inspected 9/19, three violations
  • Whitson's @ Renaissance Academy, inspected 9/19, three violations
