What business are you in?

"Private practice optometry and full service optical with glasses and contact lenses."

How did you come up with the name?

"Basic and straightforward, our name and services."

Why start business in this town?

"Phoenixville is a great suburb town with a lot of growth potential and new development opportunities for our family and business to settle into. We look forward to provide premium eye care and optical services to the community for years to come."

What's the most difficult challenge faced so far?

"When you start in a new location, with few people that know about you, your experience and your great intentions, it can be very difficult to advertise and market of a budget."

What's been your proudest achievement so far?

"I think it has been a big step for my wife and I to open our own private practice and I'm proud to have set that goals and achieve what we have so far. It always makes me happy to know that we are making our parents and family proud as well."

How does the business give back to the community?

"So far we have tried to be open and friendly to everyone that needs assistance and give the best quality of care at an affordable cost. We accept almost any insurance and have constant promotions to help. In addition, I started a non-profit a few years ago called Vision Guidance, Inc which provides free vision screenings to kids. We have a screening in the works that will take place at The Gateway Pharmacy. Our goal is to catch visual issues at a younger age to address them to help kids have an easier time at school and with sports."
