Phoenixville Students Raise $28,753 In Mini-THON

The Phoenixville High School Mini-THON was a resounding success: $28,753 raised to help children battling cancer.

PHOENIXVILLE, PA -- The Phoenixville High School Mini-THON was a resounding success: $28,753 was raised to help children battling cancer.

That is nearly double of what was raised during the 2016 event.

In total, 177 students and staff participated in the event, which lasted from 7 p.m. Friday night for 12 hours, through until 7 a.m. Saturday morning.

The money was raised for the Four Diamonds Fund, a pediatric cancer charity based out of Penn State Children’s Hospital.
