Phoenixville's Molly Maguire's Donates To Medal Of Honor Grove

PHOENIXVILLE, PA —Every year, Molly Maguire’s has an annual golf outing which donates it proceeds to a local non-profit organization. This year the 2017 Annual Molly Maguire's Golf Outing’s proceeds are being donated to two organizations, The Southeastern Veterans' Center as well as Friends of the Medal of Honor Grove.

Together they raised a total of $4,510.00 split evenly between the two organizations.

Representatives received a large life-size check on Monday June 26, 2017 from the owners of Molly Maguire's.

The Southeastern Veterans’ Center (SEVC) is located in Spring City, Chester County. It houses 238 skilled nursing care residents and 54 personal care residents. It is one of six state facilities operated by the Pennsylvania Department of Military and Veterans Affairs. The Friends of The Medal of Honor Grove at Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge continuously raise money to support this land/grove which contains 52 acres of natural woodland and is designed as a living memorial to fewer than 3,500 recipients of our nation's highest military decoration, the Medal of Honor.
