Phoenixville consistently ranked among Pennsylvania’s highest snowfall recipients throughout the storm. Spotters measured 24 inches at at about 4:30 p.m. on Saturday. When the snow dust finally settled, about 28 inches were measured in Phoenixville, with snow drifts well over four feet.
Residents in nearby areas recorded even larger amounts, with unofficial reports nearing 30 inches around the county.
