Phoenixville's Water World Park To Be Sold At Auction
The property closed in 2012. Its zoning is flexible and it could be used for nearly anything.

Phoenixville’s Water World Park, a hallmark of so many childhoods in the area, will be sold at auction, according to a report by the Times Herald.
The water park was open for decades before closing its doors in 2012.
The bidding will begin on July 29 at 11 a.m. at the location of the park, on 655 Schuylkill Road in Phoenixivlle, the report states.

The property is along some heavily traveled routes - along Route 724 and near the Route 23 and Route 724 split - and has about 17,000 vehicles passing it each day, according to Max Spann Real Estate and Auction Company.
It could be used for any number of things because its zoning is flexible, according to the report, including offices, bars, banks, churches, restaurants, and more.
