Pickering Creek Inn To Hold 'Grand Reopening', Fundraiser

The Pickering Creek Inn will hold a Grand Reopening Party and fundraising event on Wednesday, December 16.

The event will support Phoenixville Area Community Services, a leading nonprofit in the borough.

“Our goal is to really give back to PACS since a lot of our residents were receiving assistance from this great charity when they lost their housing,” said Jennifer Raffensperger, a bartender and manager at “The Pick.”

The iconic local dive, which also includes residencies on the upper floors, closed earlier in the fall due to structural issues.

However, it reopened after only a short period as the issues were quickly resolved.
