Route 23 To Be Restricted Tuesday In Phoenixville

PHOENIXVILLE, PA — Delays are expected in Phoenixville Tuesday as a lane of Route 23 will be shut down for a water main replacement.

The closure will be in place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on April 9.

The impacted area stretches from Buchanan Street to Second Avenue.

Traffic will be controlled by flagging.

Motorists should plan for backups and consider alternate routes.
