Schuylkill Township Supervisors deny developers application

Application to build 94 homes on Sedgley Farm denied!

This evening, Schuylkill Township's Board of Supervisors voted on a developers application to put 94 homes on Sedgley Farm and break open a long established cul de sac to serve as a second entrance/exit to the property.

Township residents united and worked together to increase awareness and help protect both Sedgley Farm and their township from being overdeveloped.

This evenings vote was swift. The Supervisors denied the application 4-0.
