Special Weather Alert Issued for Chester County
Fog is expected to be particularly dense in the area Wednesday morning, with limited visibility.

The weather service has just issued an alert of patchy dense fog this morning for New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania.
“Fog will be dense in patches with near one quarter mile visibility in a few spots, especially along and north of Interstate 78 from east central Pennsylvania across northern New Jersey,” according to the Weather Channel.

The fog in southern New Jersey and southeastern Pennsylvania should thin out somewhat as the morning progresses.
Today Periods of showers. Patchy fog before 10am. High near 56. North wind 5 to 8 mph becoming south in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New precipitation amounts between a half and three quarters of an inch possible.
