TD Bank to Hold Fundraiser for Phoenixville's Main Line Animal Rescue

PHOENIXVILLE, PA -- As part of its "Bring Change" campaign, THE local TD Bank will serve as a designated hub to support Main Line Animal Rescue, according to a press release.

On Friday August 12th, TD said they are inviting people to their Frazer branch participate in a community fundraiser event to support the organization. In addition to the community donation, TD will make a contribution.

"The Bring Change campaign is designed to address the needs of our neighbors. The initiative focuses on such issues as homelessness, food shortages and services for those with special needs," the bank said in a statement.

Donations for Main Line Animal Rescue will be collected from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Friday at the TD Bank in Frazer.

A check presentation will take place later at MLAR in Phoenixvillle on Pike Springs Road.

MLAR helps thousands of stray animals each year. The shelter also hosts training and educational programs, along with maintaining a top-of-the-line veterinary center and organizing the fight against puppy mills.

All funds raised through the Bring Change campaign will be used to provide veterinary care and purchase supplies for the animal shelter, the press release states.
