Tractor Trailer Breaks Down On Route 113

A tractor trailer broke down on Route 113 heading into Phoenixville on Friday afternoon, eyewitnesses reported.

Traffic was limited to one lane at the sharp turn near the Black Rock Sanctuary at about 3:30 p.m. until after 4 p.m. on Friday.

Several police cruisers were on the scene directing traffic.

No severe backups have been reported.

A tow-truck was on the scene at 4 p.m.
