'Vegan Winemakers' Dinner To Be Held In Phoenixville

PHOENIXVILLE, PA — Taste, Phoenixville's newest vegan restaurant, is holding a winemakers dinner on Thursday, Aug. 31 at 7 p.m.

Taste, which is owned by Sand Castle Winery, will pair vegan dishes with some of their specialty wines.

The cost of the dinner is $65 per person.

First Course
Portuguese Chicken & Sausage black bean kake with braised baby kale
Paired with Chardonnay Classic

Second Course
Huli Huli Rib Sliders with root veg shed, spicy spread on a sweet bun
Paired with Dry Rose

Third Course
Lao Street Tacos with lao sausage, sweet and spicy pico, sweet sriracha and avocado
Paired with Cabernet Sauvignon

Fourth Course
Chicken BBW double batter, maple bacon jam and carrot crisp
Paired with Pinot Noir

Fifth Course
Chocolate Strawberry Mousse
Paired with Alpine Spice

Sixth Course
Alpine Spice Sunday vanilla ice cream, Alpine Spice wine infusion, cinnamon dust and mint
Paired with Late Harvest Riesling
