PHOENIXVILLE, PA — A water main broke in Phoenixville Thursday night, leading to lane closures in Phoenixville.
The center turning lane of Nutt Road, between Mason Street and Sherman Street, remains shut down Friday morning.
Residents on that block are without water service.
