West Pothouse To Be Shut Down In Phoenixville
Construction on the road near the new Early Learning Center and elementary school will begin this month.

PHOENIXVILLE, PA -- Road construction near the fledgling Early Learning Center and new elementary school behind Phoenixville High School will begin by mid-April, the Transportation Management Authority of Chester County announced.
West Pothouse Road will be closed and detoured between Route 29 and Meadowbrook Lane from April 15 to May 16.
During the proposed road work, West Pothouse Road through traffic will be detoured onto Route 29, Route 23 and West Bridge Street, TMACC said.

Truck traffic will be detoured onto Route 29, Route 23 and Route 113.
Local access for West Pothouse Road residents will be maintained up to the construction area. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the area.
