Wife Stabs Husband With Kitchen Knife In Phoenixville: Cops

Police said that a woman stabbed her husband in the stomach with a kitchen knife inside their Phoenixville home on Sunday night.

PHOENIXVILLE, PA — Police said that a woman stabbed her husband in the stomach with a kitchen knife inside their Phoenixville home on Sunday night.

The incident occurred on Feb. 18 at around 6:20 p.m. at a home on the 200 block of Hall Street, according to authorities.

Dianne Rodgers, 60, was allegedly in the midst of a domestic dispute with her husband when she stabbed him, police said.

When police and first responders arrived on the scene, Rodgers' husband declined medical treatment.

Rodgers was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. She did not post bail and was taken to Chester County Prison.
