Woman Arrested For Public Drunkenness At Phoenixville Acme: Cops

The following arrest reports were provided by the Phoenixville Police Department.

On 02/01/16 at 3:30pm, a 63 year old male from Spring City was arrested on an active CLEAN/NCIC warrant from Centre County Pennsylvania at District Court 15-2-01 located at 347 Bridge Street.

On 02/07/16 at 1:10am, a 30 year old male from Phoenixville was arrested for public drunkenness on the unit block of South Main Street. The male was placed in a holding cell.

On 02/08/16 at 5:11pm, a 30 year old female from Oaks was arrested on an active Montgomery County bench warrant at Main Street and Washington Avenue. The female was transported by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department to Montgomery County Prison.

On 02/14/16 at 3:15am, the Phoenixville Police Department was dispatched to the 200 block of Church Street for a shooting. A male from Phoenixville and a male from Philadelphia were struck by gunfire. The Phoenixville Police Department’s Detective Division is currently investigating this incident.

On 02/15/16 at 12:41pm, a 47 year old male from Phoenixville was arrested for public drunkenness in the 1000 block of Paradise Street. The male was placed in a holding cell.

On 02/15/16 at 5:15pm, a 53 year old male from Phoenixville was cited for having an open container of beer at Gay Street and Washington Avenue.

On 02/21/16 at 12:37am, a 46 year old male from Lewes, Delaware was arrested for public drunkenness in the 200 block of Prospect Street. The male was placed in a holding cell until he was sober.

On 02/21/16 at 12:45am, a 24 year old male from Phoenixville was arrested for public drunkenness at Gay Street and Bridge Street. The male was placed in a holding cell until he was sober.

On 02/21/16 at 2:08am, a 27 year old male from Schwenksville was cited for public urination along Mill Street.

On 02/24/16 at 12:47pm, a 20 year old male from Phoenixville was arrested for Escape, Resisting Arrest, and Possession of 55 bags of cocaine in the 200 block of Bridge Street. The male was sent to Chester County Prison.

On 02/28/16 at 1:55pm, a 56 year old homeless male was cited for disorderly conduct, after a police officer found him defecating in 300 block of Bridge Street.

On 02/29/16 at 12:22pm, a 38 year old female from Douglassville was arrested after she attempted to fill a fraudulent prescription at the Rite Aid Pharmacy located at 200 Kimberton Road. The female was released on bail.

On 02/29/16 at 2:14pm, a 53 year old female from Schuylkill Township was arrested for public drunkenness at the Acme Market located at 785 Starr Street.

On 02/29/16 at 2:51pm, a 54 year old homeless male was arrested on two warrants along the Schuylkill River Trail. The male was transported to District Court 15-2-01.

On 02/29/16 at 7:44pm, a 53 year old female from Schuylkill Township was arrested a second time for public drunkenness at the Acme Market located at 785 Starr Street. The female was placed in a holding cell until she was sober.
