A woman was attacked while walking her dog in Phoenixville on Wednesday night.

PHOENIXVILLE, PA — A woman was attacked while walking her dog in Phoenixville on Wednesday night, the Phoenixville Town Watch reported.
The woman was walking on Pine Street, between Third and Fourth avenues at around 8 p.m.
A man jumped out of the bushes on the side of the street and began attacking her, but she fought back and her dog bit him several times, the victim said.

The suspect is a white male in his mid-20s with short hair and a medium build. He likely has marks from being bitten by the dog on his lower legs.
