Breathe Pennsylvania to Host Tuberculosis Education Conference

Breathe Pennsylvania, a non-profit lung health organization located in Cranberry, is hosting a Tuberculosis Education Conference on Friday, April 24, 2014, from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event will be held at the Pittsburgh Athletic Association, 4215 Fifth Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15213. Several speakers will present information about latent TB and treatment; TB and HIV co-infection; and screening for TB. Registration for the conference is free and on a first-come, first-serve basis. The conference is sponsored by Breathe Pennsylvania and the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing.
