Maximize your workout with one power-packed hour of cardio, strength training and flexibility. Ten, 20 and 30 minutes of each format will be included in each class. However, format types and lengths will vary and segments will come in any order. You will never know what to expect!

  • Session I: Aug. 29 to Oct (no class Sept. 5)
  • Session II: Oct. 17 to Nov. 28
